四联法抗幽门螺杆菌感染疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of tetrad therapy for helicobacter pylori

目的:探讨四联法抗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的药物疗效。方法:对本中心14C呼气实验阳性的患者100例进行泮托拉唑、阿莫西林克拉维酸钾、呋喃唑酮和胶体果胶铋四联抗Hp治疗,对疗效进行回顾性分析。结果:经过治疗,100例患者中根除了Hp 93例,Hp根除率达到97%。结论:四联法抗Hp疗效显著。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of tetrad therapy for helicobacter pylori.Methods:We have treated 100 patients who are positive in 14C exhalation experiment with pantoprazole,amoxicillin clavulanate potassium,furazolidone and colloidal bismuth.Then we evaluated the effect of tetrad therapy for helicobacter pylori.Results:93 cases of the 100 patients were eradicated of helicobacter pylori.The eradication rate of Hp reached 97%.Conclusion:The tetrad therapy is effective in treatment of helicobacter pylori.
