新时期工资集体协商的实践问题与发展路径——基于广东省的调研和访谈

摘要 近年来,随着国家提出人民群众分享经济发展成果,工资集体协商成为构建和谐劳动关系重要制度选择。从实践来看,工资集体协商存在立法相对滞后,工资集体协商主题、程序以及权利的对抗与救济等缺少规定等问题。要推进工资集体协商,党政重视、合力共推是前提,以上代下、先行先试是关键,完善法律、有法可依是保障。 In recent years,as the state has proposed that the people share the fruits of economic development,collective wage negotiations have become an important institutional choice for building harmonious labor relations.From the social practice perspective,the wage collective bargaining legislation is relatively backward while regulations concerning wage collective bargaining topics,procedures,the confrontation and relief of rights are insufficient.Both the party and government should attach importance and put joint efforts to push forward the collective bargaining of wages by making trial efforts and enacting laws as a guarantee.
