随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,弘扬工匠精神对于推进中国制造向中国创造转变、制造大国向制造强国转变,具有重要的现实意义和战略价值。在独特的城市文化与社会发展特点的深刻影响下,上海孕育和产生了许多优秀的工匠,为城市的发展和繁荣做出了重要贡献。作为城市文化与社会发展沉淀和融合的工匠精神,是上海宝贵的精神财富。通过梳理上海开埠以来具有代表性的工匠及其主要事迹,可以提炼出上海工匠精神的基本内涵,即"严谨专注、一丝不苟,精益求精、追求卓越,敬业乐群、改革创新"。作为党联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带的工会组织,应通过强化典型引领和社会宣传、健全相关政策和制度安排、建立有效的奖励激励机制和完善技能人才培养体系等措施,在弘扬上海工匠精神方面切实发挥重要作用。

As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,carrying forward the spirit of craftsmen is of great practical significance and strategic value in promoting the transformation of Chinese manufacturing to China's creation and from a huge manufacturing power to a great manufacturing power.Under the profound influence of Shanghai's unique urban culture and social development characteristics,many excellent craftsmen have been bred and produced,making important contributions to the development and prosperity of the city.As the precipitation and integration of urban culture and social development,craftsmanship is Shanghai's precious spiritual wealth.By sorting out the representative craftsmen and their main deeds since the opening of Shanghai Port,we can extract the basic connotation of the spirit of Shanghai craftsmen,namely"rigorous and dedicated,meticulous,done to perfection,dedicated and innovated".As a bridge and link between the Party and the workers and masses,trade union organizations should play an important role in promoting the spirit of Shanghai craftsmen by strengthening typical leadership and social propaganda,improving relevant policies and institutional arrangements,establishing effective incentive mechanisms and improving the training system of skilled personnel.
