“互联网+”时代高校工会信息化建设探析——基于江苏省高校工会信息化建设状况的调查

Explorations and Analysis on the Information Construction of Trade Unions of Universities in the ''Internet Plus'' Era——Based on the Survey of Information Construction Status of Trade unions in Universities in Jiangsu Province

随着我国信息化建设水平不断提高,加强高校工会信息化建设势在必行。江苏省内高校工会的信息化建设取得了一定成绩,但整体上仍处于起步阶段,信息化程度不高,整合力度不够。高校工会应该突出工作重点、找准定位,制定科学合理的系统架构,加强网页设计,建立电子提案系统,搭建线上工作平台,发挥新媒体作用,让工会与互联网深度融合,开创高校工会发展新局面。

With the rising level of information construction in China,it is imperative for trade unions of Chinese Universities to make information construction a top priority.Although some achievements have been made on information construction by trade unions of universities in Jiangsu Province,the information construction is still at the initial stage with insufficient informationization and integration.Trade unions in universities should highlight its work priorities,pinpoint its own position,draft a scientific and reasonable system framework,improve the design of university websites,build up an electronic proposal system and create an online working platform.In this way,we can make full use of the new media,deeply integrate trade unions with the internet and create a new era for trade unions in universities.
