当前,油田发展正处在转型发展的关键时期,油田工会组织作为党的群众工作的重要力量,承担着强化职工思想教育引领、维护职工队伍和谐稳定的重要职责。要准确把握职工群众所思、所想、所盼,深入分析职工思想动态规律,洞察背后原因,做好职工群众舆情分析,找准新形势下工会思想教育工作的新契机,加强职工思想引导,促进职工队伍和谐稳定,提高工会工作的有效性。

At present,the development of oil fields is in a critical period of transformation and development.As an important force of the Party's mass work,oil field trade unions bear the important responsibilities of strengthening the ideological education of workers and maintaining the harmony and stability of the workforce;accurately grasping the thoughts and expectations of the workers;thoroughly analyzing the dynamics of worker's ideology;gaining insight into the underlying reasons;doing a good job in workers'opinion analysis and adopting efficient measures.Under the new situation,the trade unions need to find new opportunities for ideological education,strengthen the ideological guidance of workers and promote the harmony and stability of the workers'team,so as to improve the effectiveness of trade union's work.
