提升济南城市品质问题研究

Study on the Improvement of the Quality of Jinan

在经历城市历史文化断裂、空间无序发展、人的体验与环境分离等现实矛盾之后,"高品质生活环境是未来城市核心竞争力"的认识成为城市居住者的共识。比较、借鉴国内外典型品质城市案例,从品质城市的概念、内涵、建设意义切入,探索建立以气质品质、建设品质、环境品质、社会品质和生活品质五方面要素为代表的评价体系。以济南为例,多角度分析城市建设的现状和问题,通过五要素为支撑的评价体系,探索"以人本为中心"的品质济南城市提升的对策思路。

After experiencing the real contradictions such as urban history and culture rupture,spatial disorder development,human experience and environmental separation,the understanding that"high-quality living environment is the core competitiveness of the future city"has become the consensus of urban residents.To compare and draw lessons from typical quality city cases at home and abroad;from the concept,connotation and construction meaning of a quality city,this paper explores the establishment of evaluation system represented by temperament quality,construction quality,environmental quality,social quality and quality of life.Taking Jinan as an example,the present situation and problems of urban construction are analyzed from many angles.Through the evaluation system supported by five elements,the countermeasures of the"people-centered"quality of Jinan city promotion are explored.
