四君子汤加减治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效观察

The clinical efficacy of Sijunzi Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis

目的分析四君子汤加减治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效及不良反应。方法抽取2017年1月至2018年11月接受治疗的100例慢性胃炎患者,以数字随机编号的形式纳入联合组与参照组(n=50)。所有患者应用多潘立酮治疗,联合组在此基础上服用四君子汤加减治疗,对比两组患者的胃痛程度、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前两组患者胃痛评分比较未见明显差异,治疗后联合组患者的胃痛评分显著下降,与治疗前评分及参照组评分比较存在显著区别(P<0.05)。联合组患者治疗后总有效率为98%,显著高于参照组患者治疗总有效率的84%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间联合组出现2例不良反应,常规组患者发生8例不良反应,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四君子汤加减治疗慢性胃炎的疗效较好,能够显著改善患者的临床症状,缓解其疼痛感受,且患者治疗期间不良反应发生率较低,适合于临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Sijunzi Decoction in treating chronic gastritis. Methods 100 patients with chronic gastritis who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled in the combined group and the reference group(n=50).All patients were administered with domperidone orally,and the combined group was treated with Sijunzi Decoction on above basis.The degree of stomachache,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in gastralgia score between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the gastralgia score of the combined group decreased significantly,which was significantly different from that of the pre-treatment group and the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was 98% after treatment,and the data comparison was significantly higher than that of the control group(84%).The results of the grouping comparison had statistical significance(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there were 2 adverse reactions in the combined group and 8 adverse reactions in the conventional group.The data between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Sijunzi Decoction is effective in treating chronic gastritis.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and relieve the pain of patients,while the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment is low.It is suitable for clinical promotion.
