基于单片机的水产品新鲜程度检测的报警器研制与性能

摘要 目的设计一款基于单片机的警报器,实现对水产品新鲜程度进行检测与警报,并对其性能进行评价。方法使用AT89C51单片机为主控制芯片,通过气体传感器MQ-137来检测水产品贮藏中产生的氨气等化合物,通过测得的氨气浓度从而判断水产品是否新鲜,及其新鲜程度。结果报警器会根据设定的阈值进行检测以及发出警报,同时液晶屏显示出对应的氨气浓度,从而判定水产品的新鲜程度。结论该报警器可以用于水产品新鲜程度的检测。 Objective Design an alarm based on single chip microcomputer to detect the freshness of aquatic products and evaluate its performance. Methods Using the AT89 C51 MCU as the main control chip,and the compound of ammonia generated in the storage of aquatic products was detected by the gas sensor MQ-137 in order to judge whether the aquatic product is fresh or not. Results The alarm detected the concentration and raised the alarm according to the set threshold,and the LCD displayed the corresponding ammonia gas concentration to determine the freshness of the aquatic product. Conclusion The alarm can be used to detect freshness of aquatic products.
