摘要 为了对电子商务物流中心设计方案作有效分析以及修改优化,论文在设计过程中采用了计算机仿真技术,基于ProModel平台对初步设计方案进行仿真建模,然后对仿真结果加以统计分析,找出初步设计方案的不足之处。针对存在的不足给出相应的改进意见,并输出改进后方案的仿真结果,通过对比发现:改进后的方案销售高峰期的出货时间与改进前相比降低了22%,使得出货时间低于仿真目标之下,解决了销售高峰期出货能力不足的问题;同时结果中表明不论是常规销售期还是销售高峰期,入库暂存区容量均值以及峰值都较之前有了很大的降低,解决了入库暂存区瓶颈问题。 For the purpose of effective analysis and amendment optimization of the designs scheme in E-commerce logistics center,the paper adopts the computer simulation technology in the design process for the simulation modeling of preliminary design scheme based on the ProModel platform,then conducts the statistical analysis to the simulation results to find out the insufficiency of preliminary design scheme. The corresponding improvement opinion is proposed against the existing deficiency,and the simulation result of scheme after improvement is output. In the scheme after improvement,it is found that the shipping time on the sales peak hour decreases by 22% compared with that before improvement,which solves the insufficient shipping ability on the sales peak hour when the shipping time is lower than the simulation objective;In the meantime,the mean capacity value and peak value in the in-warehousing staging area reduce greatly than that in the past during both the regular sales period and the sales peak period,which solves the bottleneck problem in the in-warehousing staging area.
