摘要
研究将磁性分子印迹聚合物(MMIPs)固相萃取与高效液相色谱法相结合,建立了一种磁性分子印迹聚合物固相萃取方法,用于酱油中4-甲基咪唑(4-MEI)的富集和测定。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)\,傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对磁性分子印迹聚合物进行了表征,并采用结构类似物对MMIPs的选择性识别能力进行了研究。结果表明,所建立方法的加样回收率在97.33%~104.57%,测得真实样品中4-甲基咪唑质量分数分别为0.058%和0.108%。说明合成的聚合物可作为酱油中4-甲基咪唑的选择性固相萃取材料,此方法可用于酱油中4-甲基咪唑的高效富集、萃取及测定。
A kind of solid phase extraction method of magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer is established by combining the solid-phase extraction of magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer(MMIPs) and the high performance liquid chromatography to concentrate and detect the 4-methylimidazole in soy sauce(4-MEI). The scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM) are utilized for the characterization of magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer,and the structural analogues are adopted to research the selective recognition ability of MMIPs. The result indicates that the sample recovery rate in the established method is between 97.33%~104.57%,and the 4-methylimidazole content in the authentic sample is measured as 0.058% and 0.108%,respectively,which notes that the synthetic polymer could be used as the selective solid-phase extraction material of 4-methylimidazole in soy source,such method could be used for the efficient concentration,extraction and measurement of 4-methylimidazole in soy sauce.
