目的指导手部损伤患者及在笔者所在医院进修的手外科专业技术人员使用手部损伤康复App,提高线上线下手部损伤康复指导、训练及管理水平。方法研发手部损伤康复App,建立以中心医院技术为主导,进修单位责任为依托,患者直接受益的网络联动平台。结果此软件界面设计明晰、内容模块丰富,技术信息可靠,医(护)患互动高效,能有效调动患者康复的积极性。结论该App软件使更大范围手部损伤患者获得直接的延续性康复护理支持,提高了康复的有效性。

Objective To guide the hand injury patients and the professional hand surgeons who come to author's hospital to use the satellite rehabilitation App for hand injuried function so as to improve the level of hand injury rehabilitation guidance , and enhance the level of training and management online and offline. Methods The concrete steps are following as developing a satellite App for rehabilitation of hand injuries , establishing the network platform to directly benefit the patients , with the technology of central hospital as the leading role and the responsibility of the training unit as the basis. Results This software interface design is clear , and the content modules are rich , the technical information is reliable , can make patient -doctor ( nurses ) communication efficient , and mobilize the patient s 'enthusiasm for rehabilitation effectively. Conclusion More patients with hand injuries using this APP can get direct continuous rehabilitation nursing supported and rehabilitation.
