产后出血是导致孕产妇死亡的重要原因,引起产后出血的四大病因分别为子宫收缩乏力、胎盘因素、软产道裂伤及凝血功能障碍,积极预防和及时处理产后出血是降低孕产妇死亡率的重要举措。产后出血的药物治疗配合子宫按摩是保守治疗的第一步,近年来临床上针对药物的选择有许多新方向,该文就目前常用的产后出血药物治疗进行综述。

Postpartum hemorrhage is an important cause of maternal mortality. The four major causes of postpartum hemorrhage are uterine inertia , placental factor , soft birth canal injury and coagulation functional disturbance. Active prevention and timely treatment of postpartum hemorrhage are important methods to reduce maternal mortality. The medication of postpartum hemorrhage combined with uterine massage is the first step of conservative treatment. In recent years , there have been many new directions for the choice of drugs in clinical practice. The current drugs for postpartum hemorrhage are reviewed in this paper.
