Long non-coding RNA ( lncRNA ) is a transcription of the length of more than 200 nucleotides encoding protein RNA , which itself is so not. In recent years , more and more functions of lncRNA have been found , including chromatin transcription , posttranscriptional processing and post -transcriptional messenger RNA regulation lncRNA. This article makes a systematic exposition from the lncRNA in breast cancer's development , invasion & metastasis , and drug resistance , as well as to be used as biomarkers , aspects and so on.
