高危病人局麻下一期微造瘘经皮肾镜碎石术2例报告 被引量:1

摘要 经皮肾镜碎石术( percutaneous nephrolithotomy,PCNL)是治疗上尿路结石的常用方法,尤其>2cm肾或输尿管上段结石,因清石率高,手术时间短的优势被列为临床指南的首选[1].PCNL多采用椎管内或全麻下进行,也有少数局部麻醉和局部椎旁麻醉的报道[1].我院 2018年7~8月2例因高危因素不能耐受全麻或椎管内麻醉行局麻下PCNL,现报道如下.
