森林康养产业发展的动力机理研究

"十三五"期间林业发展的重点是盘活森林资产,提升森林资源的利用层次,实现绿色化和生态化发展。森林康养产业的出现是森林资源开发利用深化的结果,是林业生产结构性改革催生的新兴产业。目前在我国还是处于初始阶段,立足产业发展实际运用文献分析法归纳了制约森林康养产业发展的国家政策、资源供给、消费需求等相关影响因素,并采用系统动力学理论分析方法,阐述了森林康养产业与国家政策、森林资源要素和市场需求因素的内在机理,并从产业发展的角度提出了政府要制定产业发展政策,明确森林康养的战略定位和发展方向;森林资源利用与可持续供给并举,提高森林资源的利用深度和效率;要强化营销宣传,转变消费观念,培育森林康养市场和构建森林康养资源、产品和消费的多产业融入、智能化综合平台。

The focus of forestry development during the 13th Five-Year Plan period is to revitalize forest assets, enhance the utilization level of forest resources and achieve green and ecological development. Forest health care industry is the result of the development and utilization of forest resources. At present, it is still in the initial stage in China. Based on the literature analysis method and summarize the relevant factors affecting the development of the forest health care industry. And analyze internal mechanism of the forest health care industry and national policies, forest resources and market demand factors, at last pointed out government should formulate industrial development policies, clarify the strategic orientation and development direction of forest health care conservation;forest resource utilization and sustainable development.
