摘要 目的:通过对手术显微镜临床使用故障原因分析,制定解决对策,保障其临床使用安全及运行数据准确。方法:对手术显微镜结构及工作原理进行系统梳理,分析常见故障原因,针对机械支臂系统平衡失调、录像图像质量不佳、操作系统故障以及不间断供电系统4种故障,制定解决对策及预防性维护措施,并对手术显微镜进行改装,安装数据采集器实时获取设备的运行数据。结果:系统性日常维护改进后,各项故障数据均有下降,其中不间断供电系统故障被彻底解决。利用信息化手段安装数据采集器后,能获取准确全面的设备运行及位置定位信息。结论:通过实施故障解决方案及预防性维护措施,可有效降低手术显微镜故障量,安装数据采集器后可将传统的设备静态管理方式转变为信息化管理,便于设备管理者客观全面地评价分析设备使用效益。 Objective: To formulate countermeasure, and ensure safety of clinical use and accuracy of operation data through analyzing the failure cause of operation microscope in clinical use. Methods: A systematic summary of structure and working principle of operation microscope were implemented, and the causes of common failure were analyzed. Aimed at 4 kinds of failures included imbalance of mechanical bracket system, poor video quality, operation system failure and the failure of uninterrupted power supply to formulate countermeasure and preventative maintenance measurement, and implement refit for operation microscope, and install the data collector so as to obtain the operation data of equipment real time. Results: After the systematic daily maintenance was improved, the failure data of each item were reduced, and the failure of uninterrupted power supply was solved completely. After the data collector was installed by using informatization mean, the accurate and comprehensive information of equipment operation and location could be obtained. Conclusion: The implemented solutions and preventative maintenance can effectively reduce the failure quantity of operation microscope. In addition, the traditionally statistic management can be changed to informatization management after data collector is installed, which will be convenient for manager of equipment to objectively and comprehensively evaluate and analyze utilization benefit of equipment.
