Safety management of biochemistry and molecular biology laboratory under opening mode

目的:探索开放式生物化学与分子生物学实验室安全管理模式。方法:从创新管理和细化制度出发,针对实验室开放管理要求,结合生物化学与分子生物学实验室日常运行中出现的生物安全、仪器使用安全和消防安全隐患,提出相应对策和措施,完善实验室管理制度。结果:针对生物安全、仪器使用安全及实验区域消防安全存在的隐患,建立实验室安全管理制度,为所有工作人员和实验人员提供规范的行为制度依据,为实验室的健康发展提供理论依据,为基础科研创造有利条件。实验室自2013年11月运行以来仪器正常率长期高于98%。结论:开放式生物化学与分子生物学实验室的安全管理使基础科研更具自主性和创新性,可提高实验室使用效率,实现实验室安全管理模式下的开放共享,是当前国内外实验教学改革发展的趋势和方向。

Objective: To explore the safety management mode of biochemistry and molecular biology laboratory under open mode. Methods: Based on the innovation management and elaboration system, it provided the corresponding countermeasures and methods and improved the management system of laboratory according to the requirements of laboratory open management, the biological safety of routine operating of biochemistry and molecular biology laboratory, the safety of using equipment, and potential hazard of fire safety during the daily base. Results: This research established a laboratory safety management system for the hidden dangers of biosafety, safety of instrument use, and fire safety in the experimental area. It provided a standardized behavioral system basis for all staff and experimenters and a theoretical basis for the healthy development of laboratories, and it also created favorable conditions for basic research. The normal use rate of instruments in the laboratory was higher than 98% in a long time. Conclusion: The safety management of biochemistry and molecular biology laboratory under open mode makes the basic scientific research more independent and innovative, and it can increase the use efficiency of laboratory and realize the opening and sharing under the safety management mode of laboratory. It is the current trend and orientation of the development of experimental teaching reform at home and abroad.
