Economics evaluation and management policy review for large medical equipment:MRI

通过文献评阅法,从国内外核磁共振成像(MRI)设备发展趋势回顾、MRI经济学评价方法回顾以及MRI类大型设备管理政策回顾,综述国内外大型医疗设备MRI的经济学评价方法及管理研究进展,思考评价MRI设备的多样经济学评价方式,阐述MRI设备的国内外管理政策在实践中的应用。在评价MRI设备时应充分借鉴国内外经验,吸取教训,以控制医疗费用为最终目标,建立整套相互促进政策,形成有效的制度环境。

Through the literature review method, from development trend of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) at home and abroad, MRI economics review method and management policy of large equipment such as MRI to implement review, and summarize the evaluation methodology of economics and research progress of management of MRI of large medical equipment at home and abroad, and to reflect on and evaluate the evaluation method of diverse economics, and state the application of management policy of MRI equipment in practices at home and abroad. It is recommended that the evaluation of MRI equipment should fully refer to the experience at home and abroad, and learn lessons, and take the control of medical expenses as the ultimate goal, and establish a complete set of mutual promotion policies, and form an effective institutional environment.
