(Ba_(1-x)Pr_x)Ti_(1-x/4)O_3陶瓷固溶度及位占据的研究

Study on Solid Solubility and Site Occupations in (Ba_(1-x)Pr_x)Ti_(1-x/4)O_3 Ceramics

摘要 采用固相反应法制备了(Ba_(1-x)Pr)x)Ti_(1-x/4)O_3(x=0.10~0.20)(BPT)的陶瓷.由X射线衍射(XRD)和电子顺磁共振(EPR)技术研究了BPT陶瓷的固溶度及Pr离子的位占据情况.结果表明:BPT陶瓷的固溶度为x=0.17,且在固溶限制范围内BPT具有单相立方钙钛矿结构; Pr离子支配性地占据Ba位. The solid-state reaction method was used to prepare(Ba1-xPrx)Ti1-x/4O3(x=0.10~0.20)(BPT)ceramics.The solid solubility and site occupations of Pr ions in BPT were investigated using X-ray diffraction(XRD)and electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)techniques.The results indicate that the solubility limit is x=0.17,within which BPT ceramics exhibit a single-phase cubic perovskite structure.Pr ions are substituted predominantly for Ba-sites.
