摘要
分析我国现代农业发展背景下的农业创新人才需求,剖析我国高等农业院校在人才培养中存在的问题,对高等农业院校的创新人才培养模式进行研究。从社会需求出发,提出高等农业院校基于翻转课堂的创新型农科专业人才培养模式。
This paper analyzes the needs of agricultural innovative talents under the background of modern agricultural development in China,analyzes the problems existing in the training of higher agricultural universities in China,and studies the training mode of innovative talents in higher agricultural universities.From the perspective of social needs,this paper puts forward the training mode of innovative agricultural talents based on flipped classroom in higher agricultural universities.
