以高水平现代化高职院校计划中专业文化建设为主线,对专业文化进行剖析,了解专业文化内涵,明确专业文化地位与作用,根据专业文化的独有特征,区别校园文化、企业文化与行业文化的不同。并从精神、物质等不同层次对专业文化建设过程与内容进行研究,制定符合专业文化特点的建设方法。

This paper takes the construction of professional culture in the plan of high-level odern higher vocational colleges as the main line,analyzes the professional culture,understands the connotation of professional culture,clarifi es the status and role of professional culture,and distinguishes the campus culture,enterprise culture and industry culture according to the unique characteristics of professional culture.And from the spiritual,material and other different levels of professional culture construction process and content of research,formulate in line with the characteristics of professional culture construction methods.
