积极心理学团体辅导对大学生学习自主性的促进研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了探讨积极心理学团体辅导对大学生学习自主性促进效果,研究选取32名大学生作为被试,分为干预组16名和对照组16名。对干预组进行连续六周、每周一次的积极心理团体辅导,对照组不干预。结果表明,干预组16名被试自主学习得分显著提高,而对照组得分没有显著差异。追踪评估结果显示,团体辅导结束后六周,干预效果依然存在。由此可见,积极心理学团体辅导能够促进大学生学习自主性提高。 In order to explore the effect of positive psychology group counseling on College Students’learning autonomy,28 college students were selected as subjects,and they were divided into 14 intervention group and 14 control group.The intervention group was treated with positive psychological group guidance for 6 weeks and 1 times a week,and the control group did not interfere.The results showed that the scores of autonomous learning of 14 subjects in the intervention group improved signifi cantly,while the score of the control group did not differ signifi cantly.The follow-up evaluation results showed that the intervention effect remained 6 weeks after the end of group counseling.Therefore,positive psychological group guidance can promote the improvement of college students’learning autonomy.
