摘要 血液病学的专业性强,学习内容抽象、复杂,医学生见习效果欠佳,通过高素质见习带教教师的精心备课,提高学习热情,运用多媒体、网络辅助教学,传授医学知识,加强医德医风及人文教育,引导学生朝着德才兼备方向不断成长,逐步提高血液病学的临床见习质量。 Hematology is a professional,complicated and abstract subject,many medical students felt it was diffi cult to study hematology.To improve the quality of clinical inters hip in hematology,we have selected the high level teachers,improved the medical students’learning enthusiasm,used multi-media network,strengthened medical ethics and humanities education in our experience.
