摘要
以红薯叶总黄酮提取物为活性成分,对传统面膜配方进行优化,研制具有抗氧化、保湿活性的红薯叶面膜。选择甘油、丙二醇、羧甲基纤维素钠和尼泊金甲酯为影响因素,以保湿率为评价指标,在单因素的基础上,采用正交试验设计L_9(3~4)优化面膜配方。结果表明,红薯叶面膜的最佳配方为5.8 mg·mL^(-1)红薯叶总黄酮提取物水溶液(35 mL)、甘油(7.5 g)、丙二醇(1.5 g)、羧甲基纤维素钠(0.75 g)、尼泊金甲酯(0.02 g)、汉生胶(0.05 g),加蒸馏水至面膜液重50 g,面膜中红薯叶总黄酮浓度为4.5 mg·mL^(-1)。红薯叶面膜保湿率为68.65%,对DPPH自由基的清除率为63.41%,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC值均是2.25 mg·mL^(-1)。该红薯叶面膜的配方合理,制备工艺可行,保湿性、抗氧化以及抑菌作用均较强,外观、pH值均符合国家面膜标准(QB/T 2872-2017)。
The total flavonoids extract from sweet potato leaves were acted as active ingredient to develop the sweet potato leaf mask with antioxidant and moisturizing activity.Glycerin,propylene glycol,methyl sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and neper gold were treated as the influence factors.Based on single factor tests,the orthogonal experimental design L9(34)was used to optimize the mask formula by treated moisture ratio as the evaluation index.The best prescription of sweet potato leaf mask is total flavonoids extracted from sweet potato leaves at a concentration of 5.8 mg·mL^-1(35 mL),glycerin(7.5 g),propylene glycol(1.5 g),sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(0.75 g),methylparaben(0.02 g),Han Raw rubber(0.05 g),add appropriate amount of distilled water to the mask liquid weight 50 g,the total flavonoids concentration in the mask is 4.5 mg·mL^-1.The moisturizing rate of the mask was 68.65%,the scavenging rate of DPPH free radicals was 63.41%,and MIC values for both E.coli and S.aureus were 2.25 mg·mL^-1.The formula of sweet potato leaf mask is reasonable and feasible.The mask was moisturizing,the anti-oxidation and bacteriostatic effects are strong,its appearance and pH value all meet the National Mask Standards(QB/T 2872-2017).
