摘要
人类发展指数用于衡量一个国家或地区在健康长寿、文化教育和经济发展方面所取得的成就,是世界范围内较为流行的用于衡量人类发展水平的指标之一。基于《中国人类发展报告2016》公布的中国人类发展指数数据,分析中国人类发展水平现状,并利用全局Moran's I指数、Moran散点图、LISA集聚图方法研究中国人类发展水平的空间分异格局。研究发现中国各省份人类发展指数最高的是北京(0.869),最低的是西藏(0.600);中等人类发展水平地区占全国的16.3%,高水平人类发展地区占74.19%,极高人类发展水平地区占9.68%,高水平人类发展指数占绝对主导地位;全国人类发展水平存在显著的空间集聚效应,东部地区是显著的高值集聚区,西部地区为显著的低值集聚区,地区间人类发展水平差异显著,总体上东部地区优于中西部地区。最后为促进地区间人类发展水平协调发展提出建议。
Human development index is used to measure the achievements of a country or region in health,longevity,education and economic development,and is one of the most popular indicators in the world for measuring the level of human development.Based on the Chinese HDI data published in China Human Development report 2016,the present situation of China's human development level is analyzed,the spatial differentiation pattern of China's human development index is studeied by means of global Moran's I index,Moran scatter plot and LISA agglomeration diagram.The study found that the highest human development index was Beijing(0.869),and the lowest was Tibet(0.600).The middle level of human development occupies 16.3%of the whole country,the high level of human development is 74.19,the extremely high level of human development is 9.68,and the high level of human development is the absolute dominant position.There is a significant spatial agglomeration effect in the level of human development in the whole country.The eastern region is a significant high-value agglomeration area,and the western region is a significant low-value concentration area.The difference of the human development level among regions is significant,and the eastern region is better than the central and western regions in general.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated development of human development in different regions.
