论“双一流”背景下的地方本科院校建设 被引量:5

On Construction of Community Universities Under the Background of "Double First-class"

摘要 "双一流"战略目前主导着我国高等教育的发展,并将在未来半个世纪产生深远的影响,"双一流"为地方本科院校的发展带来了机遇和挑战。调查地方本科院校教育质量满意度,分析在人才培养、教师教学方面存在的问题,对照"双一流"建设对地方本科院校发展方向、学科发展、产教融合、国际化发展等方面的要求,地方本科院校应把握机遇、发展内涵建设,多举措优化教师队伍,创新教育教学模式,全力打造特色学科,协调创新、深化产教融合,加强与国外院校的合作,以实现办学水平和办学层次的根本跨越。 The"Double First-class"initiative currently dominates the development of higher education in China and will have far-reaching influences in the coming 50 years.The"Double First-class"initiative has brought both opportunities and challenges to the development of local higher education institutions.This paper investigates the satisfaction of education quality of local higher education institutions,analyzes the problems in talent training and teachers'teaching.According to the requirements of the"Double Firstclass"initiative on the development of local higher education institutions in aspects such as the development of academic subjects,the integration of production and education,and internationalized development,local higher education institutions should seize the opportunities,develop intensional construction.Besides,various measures should be taken to optimize the teaching staff,the education and teaching models should be innovatively developed,distinctive disciplines ought to be created,the integration of production and education should be coordinated and deepened,and cooperation with foreign higher institutions is supposed to be strengthened,so as to achieve a fundamental leap in the standard and level of school-running.
