The traditional houses of Shanxi merchants are numerous and well preserved in.Taigu County’s unique natural and cultural environment makes the local area show its unique regional features.This paper starts with the most representative shop dwellings in Taigu traditional dwellings,it expounds their spatial forms and the influence factors of Shanxi merchant culture on them,and it tries to provide an important theoretical basis for the research and protection of the traditional dwellings.
