乳腺浸润性导管癌拓扑异构酶Ⅱa基因及其相关蛋白与临床病理特征的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌拓扑异构酶Ⅱa基因(TOP2A)及其相关蛋白与临床病理特征的关系。方法选择2017年6月至2018年6月本院收治的乳腺浸润性导管癌患者80例,对其TOP2A基因进行检测,观察分析其异常情况及与相关蛋白和病理特征的关系。结果 80例乳腺浸润性导管癌患者中16例存在TOP2A基因异常,异常率为20.00%,包括14例(17.50%)基因扩增和2例(2.50%)基因缺失。TOP2A基因异常与年龄、部位及腋窝淋巴结转移无相关性(P>0.05),与组织学分级、肿瘤大小呈显著相关(P<0.05)。TOP2A基因异常与雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)蛋白表达无相关性(P>0.05),其基因扩增随着Ki67蛋白和表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)蛋白表达增强而增高(P<0.05)。结论乳腺浸润性导管癌TOP2A基因及其相关蛋白与部分病理特征存在显著相关性,检测TOP2A基因及其相关蛋白可为治疗提供依据。 Objective To investigate the relationship between topoisomerase IIa gene(TOP2A)and its related proteins and clinic pathological features in invasive ductal carcinoma of breast.Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were studied.Their TOP2A gene was detected and the abnormal condition and its relationship with the related proteins and pathological characteristics were observed and analyzed.Results Of the 80 patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast,16 cases had abnormal TOP2A gene,with an abnormal rate of 20.00%,including 14 cases(17.50%)gene amplification and 2 cases(2.50%)gene deletion.There was no correlation between TOP2A gene abnormality and age,location and axillary lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).And there was a significant correlation between histological grade and tumor size(P<0.05).There was no correlation among TOP2A gene abnormality,estrogen receptor(ER)and the expression of progesterone receptor(PR)protein(P>0.05),and its amplification of TOP2A gene increased with enhancement of the expression of Ki67 protein and epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)protein(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between TOP2A gene and its related proteins and some pathological features in breast invasive ductal carcinoma.Detection of TOP2A gene and its related proteins may provide a basis for treatment.
