物业服务企业开展居家养老服务的研究——以安徽省为例

Research on Home-Based Pension Service in Property Service Enterprises:Taking Anhui Province as an Example

采用问卷调研的方式对安徽省6家具有代表性的物业服务企业在省内所管辖的54个住宅小区进行调查。从养老软硬件的配备、为老活动的开展、"定制化"养老服务活动开展和专业养老服务机构或部门的设置情况四个方面分析了物业服务企业开展居家养老服务的现状,得出养老专业人才匮乏、供给量少、积极性不高等问题。论述了物业服务企业开展居家养老服务能够推进行业转型升级、构建完善的养老体系、满足老年人口日益增长的美好生活追求的必要性,并从市场保障、政策保障、人才保障和资源保障四个方面论述了物业服务企业发展养老事业的可行性。

A questionnaire survey was conducted in 54 residential districts under the jurisdiction of six representative property service enterprises in Anhui Province. The current situation of home-based pension service in property service enterprises is reported from four aspects: the equipment of software and hardware for the aged, the activitiesfor the aged, and the development of customized pension service activities and the establishment of professional pension service institutions or departments. It concludes that property service enterprises are facing the problems of lack of professionals, inadequate supply and lack of enthusiasm. It points out the necessity that property service enterprises should carry out home-based pension service to promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry, to construct a perfect pension service system and satisfy the pursuit of a better life for the growing elderly population. It also discussesthe feasibility of property service enterprises to develop pension undertakings from four aspects: market guarantee, policy guarantee, talent guarantee and resource guarantee.
