复杂江河湖连通地区引清调度方案设计研究 被引量:4

摘要 由于江-河-湖连通的平原河网区的水动力学条件极其复杂,感潮作用明显,引清调度成效很大程度上取决于能否最大限度地发挥水体动力学特性,其关键是适宜的调水时机和合理的调度方案。选取太湖流域湖西区作为典型区域,结合区域自身特点和以往调水实践经验,通过水利计算、水雨情资料分析、模拟调度等方法,在对外江潮位、降雨条件、河网水位、工程能力、运行成本等进行多因素综合分析的基础上,提出了合适的调水时机,设计和优选了调度方案,为太湖流域湖西区引清调度试验开展奠定了基础,对于其他复杂江河湖连通地区的引清调度方案设计也有一定的参考价值。 As the hydrodynamic conditions of the river-lake-connected plain river network area are extremely complex with the obvious tidal effect, the effectiveness of the water resources schedule is largely determined by whether the water dynamics can be maximized. The key is the timing of water transfer and reasonable scheduling. This paper selects the Huxi Area of the Taihu Lake Basin as a typical area, combined with the characteristics of the area and the previous water transfer practical experience, makes a multi-factor comprehensive analysis of the external river tide level, rainfall conditions, river network water level, engineering capacity and operating costs, using methods including the water conservancy calculation, big data analysis, and simulation scheduling. Based on the above research, the paper puts forward a suitable water diversion timing, designs and optimizes the scheduling scheme, which lays a foundation for the development of the water dispatching experiment in the Huxi Area of Taihu Lake Basin. It also has certain reference value for the design of the water resources dispatching scheme for other complex river-lake-connected areas.
