摘要
土压力盒测试误差是实际工程应用中常见的问题。大连某高填方边坡工程在回填堆载后,得到的土压力的理论误差与实际量测误差有很大差距。分析认为,土体的磨圆度、粒径的大小在土压力盒的测试误差中起着关键作用,为了研究土压力盒的实际测量值与理论计算值之间的关系,采用室内模拟试验研究产生误差的因素及关系。研究结果表明:传感器的厚径比、介质的内摩擦角、传感器与介质间的刚度问题是实测误差与理论误差产生的主要因素。
Errors in soil pressure cell test can be frequently seen in practical engineering application. In high-fill slope project in Dalian, which was later backfilled and preloaded, the theoretical error of soil pressure was dramatically different from the measured one. According to the analysis, the soil roundness and particle size play a key role in the test error of the soil pressure cell. In order to study the relationship between the actually measured value and the theoretically calculated value of the soil pressure cell, the factors and relations resulting in errors are studied through the laboratory simulation test. The results showed that the thickness diameter ratio of the sensor, the internal friction angle of the medium, and the stiffness between the sensor and the medium are the main contributors to the measured error and the theoretical error.
