摘要
经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后再发心绞痛是临床上常见的问题,樊瑞红主任通过定痛救心汤辨证加减,以益气养阴、温阳活血、祛痰化浊法治疗PCI术后再发心绞痛疗效可靠。
Angina pectoris reappears after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is a common clinical problem. Director FAN Ruihong thinks that deficiency of positive qi,cold coagulation,blood stasis and phlegm stagnation were the important treatment principles for intractable angina pectoris after PCI. Professor treated the recurrent angina pectoris after PCI with Dingtong Jiuxin Decoction with syndrome differentiation and modification by the method of tonifying qi and nourishing yin,warming yang and activating blood, eliminating phlegm and removing turbid,the curativc effect is reliable.
