利用机械工具改善大斜度井岩屑床问题的研究 被引量:11

摘要 渤海A区块已钻井达上百口,目前正在进行新一批的钻井作业,针对前期在大斜度井、水平井井段在钻井过程中,岩屑易堆积形成岩屑床,导致钻井过程效率低下、倒划眼频繁憋压、蹩扭矩等问题,通过引入机械式岩屑床清除工具,利用其机械挖掘作用和压力吸附、机械传动和循环推动作用,将堆积岩屑循环带离下井壁,随之循环带出井筒。文章以大斜度井段达到1 400 m左右的某37井为例,从该工具的加放、使用前后的钻井参数(泵压、扭矩等)对比、钻后倒划眼效果对比等方面分析说明岩屑床清除工具的效果和意义。 More than 100 wells have been drilled at Bohai A block.And a new batch of wells is currently being drilled.When drilling the previous high angle wells and horizontal wells, cuttings bed are often observed while result in low drilling efficiency and frequent load and torque buildup on tools when backreaming.A mechanical tool is introduced to take the cuttings away from the down hole wellbore and circulate the cuttings out of the hole by means of mechanical digging, pressure adsorption, mechanical transmission and cyclic pushing.In this paper, Well X37 (highly deviated section about 1 400 m long) is taken as an example to describe the tool assembly, the drilling parameters before and after the tool used, the back reaming results before and after, and etc..
