钢-玄武岩纤维传力杆对杆周边混凝土的影响分析及工程应用

摘要 采用ABAQUS有限元软件分析传力杆与水泥混凝土板内应力分布规律,结果表明,设置钢-玄武岩纤维传力杆的水泥混凝土板底部应力扩散范围较设置钢筋传力杆的水泥混凝土板大,减少应力集中现象的产生。在鹤大高速杏山至复兴段进行试验路铺筑,验证钢-玄武岩纤维传力杆在水泥混凝土路面应用中的可行性。为其在东北使用冰盐除雪地区的推广应用提供实践经验。 ABAQUS finite element software is used to analyze the stress distribution in the force transfer bar and cement concrete slab. The results show that the stress diffusion range at the bottom of the cement concrete slab with steel-basalt fiber force transfer bar is larger than that of the cement concrete slab with steel force transfer bar, which reduces the occurrence of stress concentration. The feasibility of applying steel-basalt fiber transfer bar in cement concrete pavement is verified by paving the test road from Xingshan to Fuxing section of Heda Expressway. This provides practical experience for its popularization & application in the area of snow removal with ice salt in the Northeast China.
