摘要 以上下分块预制拼装综合管廊接头为试验对象,采用足尺试验方法对钢筋混凝土管片接头的弹性工况性能、极限承载力进行研究。着重分析不同轴力下接头的剪切刚度规律,并对接头结构极限承载能力和对接头基于破坏模式的优化进行讨论。试验结果可指导上下分块预制拼装综合管廊设计,并在其他明挖地下结构(如明挖隧道)预制拼装中具有潜在应用。 The elastic behavior and ultimate bearing capacity of reinforced concrete segment joints are studied by full-scale test method with the above & below prefabricated and assembled composite pipe gallery joints as test objects. The shear stiffness of joints under different axial forces is analyzed, and the ultimate bearing capacity of joints and the optimization of joints based on failure modes are discussed. The test results can guide the design of prefabricated and assembled composite pipe gallery, and have potential application in prefabricated and assembled other open-cut underground structures, such as open-cut tunnels.
