浅埋暗挖法施工对临近管线影响的简化预测方法 被引量:1

摘要 针对新疆乌鲁木齐轨道交通浅埋暗挖法施工对管线沉降的影响,系统提出基于刚度修正的简化预测方法,并应用于管线沉降的预测。该方法先从工程经验、数值模拟及实测数据出发得到管线分布范围内地层沉降槽宽度与埋深的近似线性关系,基于地层损失不随埋深变化的假设求解地层最大沉降量与埋深的关系,即可求得无管线条件下地层沉降随深度变化的规律;再依据管线沉降刚度修正系数与管土相对刚度的关系对地层沉降进行修正,得到管线沉降的表达式和管线内力变形。研究表明,随着管线刚度增加,管线对土体变形的抵抗能力增强,管线实际沉降与原位置处的地层沉降差异明显,具体表现为管线沉降曲线的沉降槽宽度增加,最大沉降量减小。 In view of the influence of shallow buried excavation construction on pipeline settlement in Urumqi rail transit in Xinjiang, a simplified prediction method based on stiffness correction is proposed systematically and applied to the prediction of pipeline settlement. Based on engineering experience, numerical simulation & measured data, the approximate linear relationship between the width of settlement trough and buried depth is obtained. The relationship between maximum settlement and buried depth is solved based on the assumption that the formation loss does not change with buried depth, and then the law of subsidence varying with depth without pipeline can be obtained. The relationship between the relative stiffness of pipe and soil amends the ground settlement, and gets the expression of pipeline settlement and the internal force deformation of pipeline. The results show that with the increase of pipeline stiffness, the resistance of pipeline to soil deformation is enhanced, and the difference between the actual settlement of pipeline and the ground settlement at the original location becomes obvious, which is manifested by the increase of the width of settlement trough of pipeline settlement curve and the decrease of the maximum settlement.
