威海西曲阜大桥预制拼装桥墩连接构造比选研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对山东威海西曲阜大桥预制拼装桥墩连接构造设计需求,分析国内外常见预制拼装桥墩连接构造类型及适用性,进行6种常见连接方式的比选设计,确定桥梁下部结构的连接构造形式。开展套筒灌浆连接试验、连接试件抗拉试验,测试结果显示实际破坏强度为钢筋抗拉强度标准值的1.15倍,试件破坏位置均在钢筋母材处,没有出现拔出破坏,可见灌浆套筒连接性能满足设计要求。研究表明,灌浆套筒连接是一种可靠的钢筋连接方式,采用灌浆套筒连接的预制拼装桥墩可满足设计要求。研究成果可为预制拼装桥墩连接构造设计提供参考。 According to the design requirements of prefabricated pier connection structure of West Qufu Bridge in Weihai, Shandong,this paper analyses the common types and applicability of prefabricated pier connection structure at home and abroad, carries out the comparative design of 6 common connection modes, and determines the connection structure form of the lower structure of the bridge. The test results show that the actual failure strength is 1.15 times of the standard value of the tensile strength of steel bars. The failure locations of the specimens are in the base material of steel bars, and there is no pull-out failure. It can be seen that the connection performance of grouting sleeve meets the design requirements. The research shows that grouting sleeve connection is a reliable way of steel bar connection, and the prefabricated pier with grouting sleeve connection can meet the design requirements. The research results can provide reference for the structural design of prefabricated pier connection.
