摘要
经对浦东新区公安视频监控系统建设现状的分析,虽存储大量视频资源,但对视频资源的利用程度较低。智能化应用建设以人流监测分析为主,对大数据研判等数据挖掘程度低。需要深化利用视频大数据资源,实现人脸分析、行为分析等智能化应用,进一步通过海量数据关联分析,可视化展示行为轨迹,为公安实战业务提供可靠数据支撑。智能分析系统基于浦东新区公安分局视频监控系统现状,依托区公安分局联网平台建设人脸识别系统,基于对脸部子区域的特征分析,形成结构化数据,从人脸识别、人体解析、行为分析入手,开展智能化应用。
Through the analysis of the current situation of the construction of public security video surveillance system in Pudong New Area, although a large number of video resources are stored, the utilization of video resources is relatively low. Intelligent application construction is mainly based on human flow monitoring and analysis, and the degree of data mining such as big data research and judgment is low. It is necessary to deepen the use of large video data resources to realize intelligent applications such as face analysis and behavior analysis, and further visualize the behavior trajectory through massive data association analysis, so as to provide reliable data support for the actual operation of public security. Intelligent analysis system is based on the current situation of video surveillance system of Pudong New Area Public Security Bureau. Relying on the network platform of the district-level public security bureau, the face recognition system is built. Based on the analysis of the features of face sub-regions, structured data is formed. Intelligent applications are developed from the aspects of face recognition, human body analysis and behavior analysis.
