摘要 同济路高架(K206+920~K209+220)位于上海市宝山区,上部结构为上海地区典型的装配式铰接空心板梁。经过多年运营,桥梁普遍出现铰缝开裂渗水、传剪失效等病害,严重影响桥梁结构运营安全及行车舒适性。通过分析空心板梁桥铰缝病害机理,针对铰缝损坏过程提出相应的维修方案。介绍的铰缝维修方案,对类似工程具有一定的参考价值。 Tongji Rd. Viaduct(K206 +920-K209+220) is located in Baoshan District,Shanghai, and its superstructure is a typical assembled articulated hollow slab beam in Shanghai area. After years of operation, the bridges generally suffer from cracks such as cracking &seepage, and failure of shearing, which seriously affect the safety of the bridge structure and the driving comfort. Based on the analysis of the damage mechanism of the hinged joints of hollow slab girder bridges, the corresponding maintenance schemes are put forward for the damage process of the hinged joints. The articulated joint maintenance scheme introduced in this paper has certain reference value for similar projects.
