摘要 为解决现有永磁同步电机转子初始位置检测方法中算法复杂、运算量大、精度低等问题,对永磁同步电机在脉冲电压作用下的电流响应变化规律做了分析,研究了一种对电流响应累加的方法计算转子初始位置角。对静止状态的永磁同步电机施加6个基本空间电压矢量脉冲,检测它的电流响应;将电机每相绕组的6个电流响应值代数累加,根据累加值计算转子初始位置角。实验测量转子初始位置角误差小于±4°,检测算法简单、运算量小,工程实用性较高,适用于具有凸极特性的永磁同步电机。 In order to solve the problem that the algorithm for the initial position detection of the PMSM is complex,the calculation volume is large,and the accuracy is low. The change law of the current response of the PMSM under pulse voltage was analyzed,and a method to calculate the initial position angle of the rotor was presented. Six basic space voltage vector pulses were applied to a PMSM to detect its current response. Six current response values of the motor’s each phase winding were added,and the initial position angle of the rotor was calculated based on the accumulated value. The experimental measurement of the rotor initial position angle error is less than ± 4°,the detection algorithm is simple,the calculation volume is small,and the engineering practicality is high.
