航天器用无铁心电机的故障分析与质量控制

摘要 无铁心霍尔换相型电机是航天器用飞轮及控制力矩陀螺的核心驱动部件。无铁心电机设计制造较常规电机有很大的区别。针对该类电机特有故障展开了分析,仿真及实验表明,通过降低绕组线径,限制使用温度,改善绝缘工艺等方法,能够增强电机可靠性,减少故障风险。从设计、制造、测试及筛选等方面总结了该类电机的各种质量控制措施。 Coreless motor with Hall sensors is the core driving component of flywheel and control moment gyros( CMG)for spacecraft. Because of the existence of coreless stator,its design and manufacture are quite different from conventional motors. The special faults of this kind of motor were analyzed. The simulation and test results show that the reliability of the motor can be enhanced and the risk of faults can be reduced by reduction of the diameter of the winding,restriction of the operating temperature and improvement of the insulation technology. Various quality control measures of this kind of motor were summarized from the aspects of design,manufacture,test and screening.
