病案信息管理技术在医院等级评审中的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of Medical Record Information Management Technology in Hospital Grade Review

目的探讨医院等级评审中病案信息管理技术的应用价值。方法选取2017年6月～2018年5月我院病案信息2000份为研究对象,通过分析病案信息管理中存在的问题,并利用病案信息管理技术对问题进行有效的解决,同时对病案信息管理技术应用前后我院的病案信息记录合格率进行分析和比较。结果在应用病案信息管理技术后,我院病案信息记录合格率为100.00%,高于应用前的96.90%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院等级评审工作中积极运用病案信息管理技术,可显著提高病案信息记录的合格率,改善病案数据的整体质量,值得应用。

Objective To explore the application value of medical record information management technology in hospital grade review.Methods From June 2017 to May 2018,2000 medical records of our hospital were selected as research objects.The problems in the management of medical record information were analyzed,and the problem information management technology was used to solve the problem effectively.At the same time,the medical record information management technology was applied.Before and after the application,the medical record information pass rate of our hospital was analyzed and compared.Results After applying the medical record information management technology,the pass rate of medical record information in our hospital was 100.00%,which was higher than 96.90%before application,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The active use of medical record information management technology in hospital grade review can significantly improve the pass rate of medical record information and improve the overall quality of medical record data,which is worthy of application.
