摘要 健康管理服务质量是健康管理机构核心竞争力的重要内容,而健康管理服务质量涉及多种因素,质量控制是影响健康管理服务质量的重要因素,也是提高服务质量的必由之路。各个健康体检机构由于不同的设备质量、技术水平,服务对象,所提供的健康管理服务质量标准和水平要求也不同。通过规范有效的质量控制方法,能够有效提升医疗质量,保证医疗安全,提升健康管理服务质量水平。将之推广开来,促进不同地区、不同层级的健康管理机构提供相对规范化、科学化、人性化的健康管理服务。通过优质的体验唤醒民众的健康意识,维护广大人民群众的身心健康,助力"健康中国"。 The quality of health management service is an important part of the core competitiveness of health management institutions.The quality of health management servicees involves many factors.Quality control is an important factor affecting the quality of health management services and the only way to improve service quality.Each health check-up institution has different quality standards and level requirements for health management services due to different equipment quality,technical level,and service targets.By standardizing effective quality control methods,medical quality can be effectively improved,medical safety can be ensured,and the quality of health management services can be improved.It will be promoted to promote health management institutions in different regions and at different levels to provide relatively standardized,scientific and humanized health management services.Through the high-quality experience to awaken the public's health awareness,safeguard the physical and mental health of the broad masses of the people,and help"healthy China."
