摘要
本文研究抽油机平衡度对变频器耗电的影响,通过分析抽油机负载及抽油机用变频器的特点,采用客观的试验数据得出初步的结论,并首次提出不同于工频调平衡法用于变频器抽油机的调平衡方法——减少负功调平衡法。对于油田大多数变频器,该方法与传统调平衡方法相比可以节电5%~10%。
In this paper,we study the influence of the pumping unit of inverter power balance,through analyzing the characteristics of the pumping unit load and the characteristics of the pumping unit with frequency converter,the preliminary conclusions of objective test data,and differs from that of power frequency adjustable balance method is put forward for the first time the use of frequency converter of the pumping unit-method of reducing negative work adjusting balance method.Compared with the traditional balancing method,the method can save 5%-10%energy.
