摘要
加热炉能耗是油田集输系统耗能的重要组成部分,加热炉能效水平不高会直接导致油田生产成本增加。油田为了响应国家节能减排政策,在加热炉负荷调整、高效燃烧、过剩空气系数控制、烟气余热利用以及炉型改造等方面进行节能实践,明确油田加热炉能效水平仍然低于国外先进水平、急需进一步节能增效的现状。MVR低温烟气热回收技术、火焰形状匹配技术、纳米流体传热强化技术、太阳能辅助加热技术等几种可用于油田加热炉节能降耗的新技术,为油田加热炉深入挖潜增效提供参考。
The heaters are the primary energy-consuming equipment in the oilfield gathering system.And the energy efficiency of heaters directly affects the overall benefit of oilfield.In this paper the practices of energy saving for oilfield heaters were reviewed,such as load control,high efficient combustion,excess air coefficient adjustment,waste heat utilization of flue gas,and furnace reformation,and so on,according to the national policies of energy saving and emission reduction.And it was found that the efficiency level of domestic oilfield heaters is still lower than that of the advanced ones abroad and it is necessary to do more for further energy saving.Several new technologies were analyzed,which can be used for further energy-saving of oilfield heaters,including MVR heat recovery technology of low-temperature flue gas,flame shape matching technology,nanofluid heat transfer enhancement technology,solar energy aided heating technology,etc.
