摘要
为了解决边缘区块规模化注水成本高及降低地面管线建设费用等实际问题,近年来单井注采技术得到了应用和发展。单井注采技术主要是通过井下封隔工具、旁通工具与电动潜油泵结合使用,将水层产水直接转注到注水层,用井下传感器实时监控井下井况,通过地面调整参数来精确地控制注水量和压力。由于是单井注采,没有地面管线建设,减少了配套设施,节省了地面泵站和水处理设施的费用。此技术具有广阔的应用前景,将为油田产量快速增长及节能减排等方面提供借鉴作用。
to reduce the cost of the marginal block wells,single well injection and production technology has been applied and developed.Single well injection and production technology is application combined with downhole sealing tools,bypass tools(Y-tool)and electric submersible pump,which directly transfers water from water production zone to water injection zone.The downhole sensor is used to monitor the downhole well condition in real time,and the water injection volume and pressure are accurately controlled by adjusting the parameters on the ground.Single well injection and production technology is no cost of surface pipeline construction,which reduces the matching cycle,and saves the cost of surface pumping station and water treatment facilities.For dispersed single wells,the cost is more economical and the management is simpler.
