摘要
大庆外围油田规模小,相对独立的油田较多,所处环境的地面条件复杂,治理和保护难度大,给地面建设及生产运行造成较大的困难。由于渗透率低,注水开发后表现出注水压力上升快、产量递减也快,造成地面建设能力短期不足、长期富余的状况,具体表现为注水系统的站场负荷率低、管网适应性差。为了将项目建设的环境影响降至最低,应优化选址选线方案,合理避让生态敏感区。通过分析能耗影响因素的相关性和制约性,采取站场简化、管网调整等措施进行源头控制、过程治理,提高注水系统效率,降低能源的多余消耗,实现油田生产经济合理化运行。
There are many small and relatively independent oilfields in the peripheral oilfields of Daqing,and the surface conditions of the environment are complex,so it is difficult to control and protect them,which also brings great difficulties to the surface construction and production operation;the permeability of the peripheral oilfields is low,and the water injection pressure rises rapidly and the production decreases rapidly after water injection development,resulting in short-term insufficiency and long-term surplus of the surface construction capacity.The concrete manifestation is the low load rate of the water injection system and the poor adaptability of the pipeline network.In order to minimize the environmental impact of the project construction,it is necessary to optimize the location and route selection scheme and rationally avoid the ecologically sensitive areas.By analyzing the relativity and restriction of energy consumption influencing factors,measures such as simplification of station and yard,adjustment of pipeline network are adopted to control the source and process,improve the efficiency of water injection system,reduce the excess consumption of energy,and realize the rational operation of oil field production economy.To achieve the goal of green energy saving,increasing production and reducing pollution.
