摘要
某采油厂以抽油机井系统效率最大化为目标,吸收节点管理方法,对影响抽油机井能耗效率的盘根、皮带、电动机、四连杆、抽油机、杆、泵等关键要素节点进行针对性分析研究和改进加强。精细研究各节点最佳操作法,率先形成节能操作标准;调整优化抽油机井工作制度,因地制宜完善节能管理方法;严格规范各节点节能过程管理,有效建立节能动力机制。通过上述节点管理举措的实施,抽油机井节点能耗得到有效控制,抽油机井系统效率提升0.03个百分点,年节电735.8×104kWh,节约电费约470万元。
With the goal of maximizing the efficiency of pumping unit system and absorbing node management method,the oil production plant has carried out targeted analysis and improvement on the key element nodes such as pan-root,belt,motor,four-link,pumping unit,rod and pump,which affect the energy consumption efficiency of pumping unit.Through carrying out the optimum operation method of pan-root tightness,belt tightness and four-link balance ratio,the best operation is carried out.Through the activities of adjusting and optimizing the working system of motors,adjusting and balancing the working system,exploring innovative transformation of automatic balancing,optimizing the working system of overall parameters,the energy consumption of pumping wells node is effectively controlled,the efficiency of pumping wells system is improved by 0.03 percentage points,annual power saving is 7.358 million degrees,and the electricity cost is saved by 4.7 million yuan.
