热管式空气预热器的故障分析及解决方案探讨 被引量:4

摘要 锦西石化公司Ⅰ套常减压装置加热炉的烟气余热回收系统采用热管式空气预热器,由于近几年来设备故障频发,其检修费用和维护成本较高。通过对热管式空气预热器故障原因的具体分析,提出了相应的解决方案,即用新型的板式空气预热器代替原热管式空气预热器。实施此方案不但可以节省空气预热器的维护成本,还可提高其运行效率,延长设备运行周期,并且在一定程度上解决了热管工质易失效和露点腐蚀严重等问题。 The heat pipe air preheater is used in flue gas waste heat recovery system of a heating furnace of atmospheric and vacuum pressure unit in Jinxipetrochemical company.Recondition expenses and maintenance costs increased in recent years due to frequent equipment failures.In this context,this paper proposes the corresponding solutions,and carries on the discussion and research through the specific analysis of the failure causes of the heat pipe air preheater.Replacing the heat pipe air preheater with the new board-type air preheater can not only save maintenance and costs,and improve the operation efficiency of air preheaters,and extend the operating cycle of equipment,but also solve the problems of heat pipe working fluid failure and dew point corrosion better to some extent.
