智能航运服务模式创新方案及其平台搭建构想 被引量:2

摘要 为推进我国智能航运发展并构建具有现代化、智能化航运服务能力的智能航运服务体系,首先通过分析我国航运服务业发展现状、存在的问题以及创新发展需求,针对智能航运服务的主要业务领域,从业务模式创新、服务产品拓展、发展环境培育等角度,提出相应的服务模式创新方案与实施发展策略。然后,基于智能航运服务模式创新方案,结合信息化、智能化系统思维,构想了智能航运服务平台建设实施方案,初步明确了平台功能的总体定位和平台功能要素,研究平台功能架构以及平台各模块的主要应用功能。该创新方案和平台的合理性、有效性以及对于我国智能航运发展的推动作用,将在具体实施、搭建和应用中得以验证。 In order to promote the development of intelligent shipping in China and build an intelligent shipping service system with modern and intelligent shipping service capabilities,the current situation, existing problems and innovative developing needs of China's shipping service industry were analyzed. Some innovation schemes of service mode and implementation developing strategies in major business areas for intelligent shipping service were put forward from the perspectives of business model innovation,service product expansion,development environment cultivation,etc.Then based on the innovative schemes of intelligent shipping service mode,combining with the information technology and intelligent system thinking,the construction and implementation schemes of intelligent shipping service platform were conceived,the overall positioning of platform function and the elements of platform function were preliminarily defined,the functional framework and main application functions of each module of the platform were studied.The rationality and effectiveness of the innovative scheme and platform,as well as the driving role for the development of intelligent shipping in China,will be verified in the implementation,construction and application.
